       A)  to a corporate infrastructure with 100+     employees and 4 locations/cities. 
  2)  Went from a fleet of 4 vans and 2 plow trucks
 (6 total)
       A)  to a fleet of 36 vans, 16 plow trucks, 2 other vehicles, and 2 sanders (56 total)
             - ALL PAID FOR. 
  3)  Voted “Best in Helena, MT” 9 years in a row. 

I was responsible for all the accounting (of all locations), all of the marketing  (all locations), and HR - Human Resources (all locations).  Which also included traveling to the various offices/cities to ensure compliance and implementation of company policies and procedures (which I orchestrated the creation thereof with some great team members).

Clients have been served locally in Helena, Boulder, Butte, MT City, Clancy, Whitehall, Townsend, and Valier, Montana.  We also provide services in many various states (Washington, North Dakota, New York, New Jersey, etc.).
