Question: What is the process for getting a website created?
Answer: Give us a call or email us and we will set up a time for a consultation. The initial consultation takes approximately one hour -where we listen to your needs, hear your vision, determine the size of your site, and so forth. We will then, at a later date, have a meeting to preview the style of the site to see if it is your “vision”
Question: I am a very busy person and don’t have time for meetings. Can you still develop and maintain a site for us?
Answer: Yes. All of our correspondence can be done electronically (by email)
Question: After VisionQuest designs a website for my business is it mine or will I need to continue having others update my site?
Answer: Once designed, the website is yours. VisionQuest can continue to provide maintenance or you can purchase the software for approximately $75.00 and maintain your own site, from there on out. VisionQuest will train you so you can maintain your own site. (approximately 2 hrs.)
Question: What happens if I am not completely happy with the look of my website? Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Answer: VisionQuest guarantees satisfaction, and will redesign and continue to develop your site until you are completely satisfied.
Question: Do you host websites?
Answer: VisionQuest is able to host websites. However, our philosophy has been to help business become independent in their choices. Hence we will set up the website, hosting, email, etc.. but renewals can be directed to you, upon request.
Question: I would like pictures of our shop on our site and I don’t want to hire a photographer. Can you help?
Answer: VisionQuest will be happy to come to your place of business and conduct a photo shoot of any items you wish to have included in your site. This can be merchandise, location or staff. Question: How does it work for your photography and video services?
Answer: VisionQuest can come do the photography of your special occasion or promotion (surrounding areas only). Or, you can provide digital images/pictures and submit them for 1. editing & enhancement (special affects, etc.), or 2. for a video to be made. Please make sure you take your pictures at the highest pixel setting if you would like editing done. VisionQuest can even get specialty products for you, made from your favorite pictures.
Question: I have some songs in mind for my video/slide show. Do you provide the music?
Answer: Most music has a copyright. In order for us to use copy-written music in your video slide show, you must supply the original CD or purchase a copy via Rhapsody or iTunes. You can then forward the songs you want used to us. By agreeing to our terms of service, our clients agree that they have purchased and possess their own original copy of all music used in their video. Under copyright law, clients may then display their video album for personal family and friends. Mass production of a video slide show/Power Point Presentation is strictly prohibited without purchasing the additional copyright licensing per song used.
Question: Our business uses macs, would I be able to maintain my own site?
Answer: At this time VisionQuest can not provide website design software for macintosh computers.
Question: Can we maintain our site from different locations?
Answer: Yes, Once the design of the website is completed, you can maintain it from different locations.
Question: I want a site with some animation and movement. Can you provide this?
Answer: Yes, we can. However we do recommend limited flash animation to enable visitors to view your site without high speed internet service. Your Vision is our Quest.
Question: Are the logos VisionQuest designs good enough for the printer’s etc.?
Answer: Yes. Logos, stationary, and business cards are all created camera ready to the standards of print shops.

Question: Do you provide printing - such as my business cards and stationary?
Answer: VisionQuest does not do any printing, in mass quantities. However, we would be happy to get your printed products ordered and delivered to you. We also price-shop for you; and get special discounts, that we pass on to our clients.
Question: I have some ideas in my mind for my logo for colors and fonts, but want to be shown some additional options.

Question: Are the logos you design copyrighted?
Answer: Once you pay for the design, the logo belongs to you. However, in order to get your logo copyrighted, additional fees and steps must be taken. VisionQuest would be happy to help you get them registered.
Question: What type of support do you offer?
Answer: VisionQuest has been around since 1993. We’re locally owned and operated and will always be here to provide you with support, services and training. Our philosophy directs us to be of service to you until the job is completed.
Question: Do you provide computer maintenance?
Answer: VisionQuest would be happy to offer any software support that we are familiar with. Perhaps it’s email setup, printer setup, linking or networking. We can provide general maintenance (business management). However we are not certified in computer repairs. Please call or email us with any questions you have.
Question: Is your work camera ready?
Answer: Ads, business cards, stationary, and logos are provided camera-ready for high quality printing. We can even take your order to the printers for you.
Question: Are the websites or logos you design copyrighted?
Answer: Once you pay for the design of a website or logo, they belongs to you. However, in order to get your logo copyrighted additional fees and steps must be taken. VisionQuest would be happy to help you get it registered.

Question: What is the process of having you do my books?
Answer: Contact us and we will discuss all of the options available for your situation. We provide services via (meetings/on-location, remote access, pickup and delivery, internet, email, etc. etc.!) For your convenience, We come to you.
Question: Are you a CPA (Certified Public Accountant)?
Answer: No, we’re not. We’re a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (AIPB) since 1995, and a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor for 2008, 2007. We prepare everything for your CPA at approximately 4x the savings! .
Question: I always have to call my CPA for financial reports even though I run QuickBooks. Is there a better way?
Answer: When VisionQuest updates your books, all information is transferred to your QuickBooks/Quicken files so that you always have up-to-date information on your system.
Question: I need someone to do my quarterly payroll tax reports. Can you do just those?
Answer: We can. We can do any service you may need assistance with.
Question: We would like to offer Direct Deposit, with our payroll. Are you able to do that?
Answer: VisionQuest can either do Direct Deposit for you; or provide you with payroll support/assistance.
Question: I was just informed that I need to submit a certified payroll report. Are you familiar with these?
Answer: We are. VisionQuest can send you regular certified payroll reports; or submit them on your behalf.
Question: I just need someone to do my past due Accounts Receivable. How does that process work?
Answer: VisionQuest can do your billing, collections, etc.. We can even do the actual collection calls “on your behalf”. We have years of collection experience, and do so with professionalism, courtesy, and accuracy. We will also provide you with up-to-date status on each account, imported into your program.
Question: I use QuickBooks Pro. Is this what you work with?
Answer: VisionQuest can work with QuickBooks Pro, QuickBooks Premier with the various industries (contractor’s, etc. etc.), Quicken, and more.
Question: I use Quicken. Do you work with Quicken?
Answer: We do. We can work with most accounting programs, and specialize with Intuit products (QuickBooks, Quicken)
Question: Do you work for QuickBooks?
Answer: We are not employed by QuickBooks. We have chosen to affiliate ourselves with Intuit/QuickBooks because we believe they are the best accounting program(s) available.
Question: I use Peachtree but am thinking of switching financial software to QuickBooks. Will I lose all of my previous data?
Answer: No, you will not lose any data. QuickBooks is able to convert your data from Peachtree.
Question: I have an older version of QuickBooks. Are you familiar with it?
Answer: VisionQuest has worked with QuickBooks since it came out in DOS (since the beginning), and is able to work with any version/year of QuickBooks.
Question: I just need help with setting up my QuickBooks. Can you help me with that or any questions I may have?
Answer: VisionQuest can help you with as little or as much assistance you may need. Your Vision is our Quest.
Question: Do you provide training?
Answer: VisionQuest does provide training via email, internet, or on-location (to surrounding areas). Contact us!
